COURSE SCHEDULE:
Begins: Saturday, April 17 at 3PM
Ends: Monday, April 19 at 6PM
Registration: Saturday, April 17 from 10AM to 3PM, at the retreat center only

LODGING:
Budget lodging: in Catholic retreat houses in nearby Chía and Cajicá. Offer single or double rooms with private bathrooms. If you want to share room with someone, please tell us that in the registration form. DONATION: $ 220     

Camping at the retreat center: We recommend the camping. This year we have better conditions for camping, with hot showers and more bathrooms. It is cheaper and you don´t have travel in and out every day. DONATION:  $ 170

TRANSPORTATION:
Parking is not allowed at the retreat center.  Participants must arrive at the meeting point in Bogota to take the buses to the retreat center. From 7AM in the morning there will be staff members waiting for you at the meeting point at:

Bus Schedule:  Buses will be leaving to Tabio on Saturday, April 17 at 8:30AM, 10:30AM and 12 noon.

At the end of the course, buses will return participants to the same meeting point at 8PM approximately.


IF YOU COME FROM OUT OF BOGOTA
You must plan to arrive at the meeting point no later than noon on Saturday. At this time will leave the last bus to the retreat center. If you miss it you will have to go to the retreat center on your own.  At the airport or the bus terminal, you should only take the authorized taxis from the terminal, they are safe and won´t charge you in excess. It should take around 20 minutes from either place to the meeting point.

IF YOU ARE STAYING ON YOUR OWN AND HAVE YOUR OWN CAR
Arrive before 11AM on Saturday at the San Gabriel Catholic Seminar, between Chía and Cajicá, park your car and take the bus to the retreat center at noon. On Sunday and Monday you should arrive at 8:30 at the San Gabriel Catholic Seminar to take the bus.

IF YOU ARE STAYING AT A HOTEL AND HAVE YOUR OWN CAR
Arrive before 11AM on Saturday at the San Gabriel Catholic Seminar, between Chía and Cajicá, park your car and take the bus to the retreat center at noon. The buses will take you to and from the hotel to the retreat center in the morning and at night.  At the end of the course on Monday we will take you to San Gabriel to pick up your car.

PRACTICAL ADVICES
*If you are camping please remember to bring warm clothes to protect you from the cold weather.   Be sure that your tent is in good condition: it must have very good rain insulation. Bring a sleeping bag for cold temperatures.

*For the course sessions don’t forget the meditation cushion and the insulating pad.

*We recommend that you bring rubber boots, a rain coat or an umbrella.  April is a rainy month! Wear warm clothes, the meditation session could end after 11PM.

*Preferably leave your car at home and take the buses offered by the course.  If you decide to bring your car, don’t forget the instructions given before.

*Please fill out all the spaces in the registration form. The information provided will help us serve you better.

Please take special notice that:
*If you are going to the budget lodging or hotel, you must register before the 1st of April.  After this date you must camp or stay on your own.
*Student discounts apply only for camping
*If you stay on your own you, pay the camping price.
